Refund Policy

  1. In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

    1. Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to info@westaydubai.com
    2. Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.

    For all reservations originating from travel agencies such as Airbnb/booking.com/VRBO etc. – such requests shall be made via respective partner channel only.

    Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservation.

  2. Cancellation Period:

    Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days prior to the check-in date without penalty.

  3. Cancellation Fees:

    • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
    • If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
    • After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
    • If the reservation is cancelled by the Operator for no valid reason then the entire amount will be refunded to the Guest with no other liabilities

    Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.
    • Refunds will be issued minus any applicable cancellation fees.
    • Security Deposit payment is fully refundable, subject to Reservation Terms.

    Change of Reservation Dates:

    Guests may request changes to their reservation dates, contingent upon availability and approval by the vacation rental management. Please be advised that rates for alternate dates may vary. Prior to submitting a request to modify dates, we recommend checking the prices for your desired dates.

    No-Show Policy:

    Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

    Early Departure:

    Guests who depart before the scheduled check-out date will not be entitled to any refunds for the unused portion of their reservation.

    Cancellation Procedure:

    Guests must notify the vacation rental management of any cancellations in writing (Email / WhatsApp message) or Direct Call to initiate the cancellation process.

    Additional Terms:

    • Any booking or service fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
    • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or disruptions.
